Locals workers are joining the growing list of Amazon employees suing the retail giant.
Three women who work at the warehouse in Murfreesboro are the latest to file lawsuits to compel Amazon to pay them for the time spent going through security screenings.
The mandatory screenings are intended to make sure workers haven't stolen anything, but workers say that process takes up at least 40 minutes per week and doesn't result in pay.
Amazon has not publicly commented on the suits.
