Southern Salad

Mixed greens



Sliced Peaches      
Blue cheese crumbles      
Spiced Pecans      
Cornbread Croutons      
Sweet Tea vinaigrette (recipe follows)  
Sweet Tea Vinaigrette:      
Reduce 4 cups sweet tea to 2 cups.    
While still hot, add 1 Tb loose leaf Earl Grey Tea.
Steep 4 minutes, strain, chill.    
In a mixing bowl, add:      
Reduced sweet tea      
2 Tb Honey      
2 tsp Dijon mustard      
3 Tb apple cider vinegar    
Whisk to combine.      
Slowly whisk in 1/2 cup olive oil until well blended.
Season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
