SOUTH WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. (AP) - Ricky Offenberg homered and Chad Knight had a run-scoring double during a fifth-inning rally that lifted Westport, CT, to a 3-2 victory over South Nashville on Thursday night in the opening round of the Little League World Series.

Knight gave Westport the lead after Offenberg tied it 2-2 with a leadoff home run.

Reliever Harry Azadian earned the win for Westport, which will face Sammamish, WA, in the second round Sunday. Ben Pickman homered on Azadian's first pitch to give South Nashville a 2-1 lead, but Azadian retired the next five batters.

Pickman and Knox Preston had a pair of hits apiece for South Nashville.
