LAWRENCEBURG, TN (WSMV) -

A Lawrenceburg woman has been charged over her alleged involvement in a fatal crash with a motorcycle earlier this year.

Misti Lane Risner, 36, faces two counts of vehicular homicide and two counts of reckless endangerment after the crash March 17 on West Gaines Street near the entrance to David Crockett Park.

Investigators say a couple on a motorcycle stopped at an intersection, and Risner allegedly didn't stop, hitting the couple with her SUV then hitting another car head-on.

The couple on the motorcycle, Clyde Ray and Willodean Newton, were killed.

The Lawrenceburg Police Department handed the findings of its investigation to the Lawrence County grand jury, and Risner was arrested Friday at her place of employment in Pulaski.

She is now jailed on $100,000 bond.
