Ohio teen missing, considered in danger

STARK COUNTY, OH (Toledo News Now) -

An endangered missing child advisory has been issued for a Stark County, OH teen.

An Amber Alert has not been issued, but Emma Newland is believed to be in danger. She was last seen Tuesday afternoon walking near her home in Massillon, and was seen entering the nearby woods.

Her family says she did not take any personal items with her and has never gone missing before.

Newland is 14 years old, 5'4" tall and weighs about 110 pounds, with straight, shoulder-length brown hair and blue eyes. She was last seen wearing gray sweatpants, a peach-colored top, and flip flops.

Anyone with information on her whereabouts is asked to contact the Jackson Township Police Department at 330-832-1553.
