Randy Travis' brother faces meth charges in NC

MARSHVILLE, N.C. (WSMV) -

While country singer Randy Travis continues to recover from a stroke and brain surgery in Texas, his brother is suspected of running a methamphetamine lab.

Police in Marshville, NC, arrested Travis' brother, David Brownlow Traywick, 50, on Tuesday night, according to WCNC-TV in Charlotte.

Investigators said they found a working meth lab inside his home.

Traywick, his wife and two other women are all charged with conspiracy to traffic meth.

He's charged with trafficking methamphetamine and is being held on a $500,000 bond.
