1 head of iceberg lettuce cut into 3 wedges/chunks
2 large Florida avocados, cut into large chunks
2 tomatoes, cut into wedges
1 red onion, cut into large rings
2 limes, juiced
2 Tablespoons olive oil
salt and pepper (to taste)
Place your wedges of lettuce on your plate (or platter) then place the tomatoes and avocados in between. Go back and squeeze a lot of lime juice over everything; then drizzle the olive oil over the top. Sprinkle with just a small amount of salt and pepper. Have your guests take a knife and cut the amount of lettuce they want, then "scoop" up the tomato, onion and avocado. Enjoy!
