A Knoxville man died Monday morning when he lost control of his vehicle and struck a pair of trees in White County.
J.K. Adcock, 32, was killed when a 2011 Chevy Silverado pickup he was driving along Highway 70 went off the left side of the road before 7 a.m., traveled through a private property and hit two trees, according to the Tennessee Highway Patrol.
There's no word on what may have caused the wreck.
Adcock was wearing his seat belt, and there was no sign of alcohol or drugs, THP said. Routine toxicology tests were requested by investigators.
