School resource officers and school officials are reviewing security camera footage to identify students involved in a vandalism at Cheatham County Central High School.
According to the Ashland City Times, parents and students told investigators that student desks were put on the roof, flour was left on the floors, tables and chairs from the cafeteria were stacked, and plastic wrap was covering certain entrances.
Police said the alleged prank was discovered Friday.
Director of Schools Stan Curtis told the newspaper that a lock on the door was broken, which may have occurred when students were trying to leave or enter the building.
Curtis said the incident will be addressed through the district's student disciplinary process and that restitution would likely be sought.
