FAYETTEVILLE, TN (WSMV) -

Classes at the Fayetteville campus of Motlow State Community College have resumed as normal after police investigated a bomb threat Wednesday afternoon.

Fayetteville police Detective Lt. Joel Massey said authorities received a call about 1:30 p.m., and the campus was soon evacuated.

Classes were canceled as police use bomb-sniffing dogs from the Tennessee Highway Patrol to inspect the campus.

Nothing was found, and the campus was later reopened.

No suspects in the threat have been identified.
