Brentwood resident forced to withdraw money; 2 arrested

Posted: Updated:
BRENTWOOD, TN (WSMV) -

Two people are accused of holding a Brentwood man at gunpoint and forcing him to withdraw money from his bank account.

According to the arrest warrant, the suspects approached the victim as he was walking into his home on Plum Nelly Circle last week.

They forced him into his home at gunpoint and then took his wallet, laptop and rifle.

Police said the attackers then ordered the resident to drive them to an ATM and made him withdraw $800 from his account.

The duo then made the victim drive back to his home, where they escaped in their own car.

Police have arrested Jamari Lovell and another person in connection with the robbery. They're both being held on $100,000 bond.
