(RNN) – The world mourned a former world leader and an ex-Mouseketeer following the deaths of former British Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher and actress Annette Funicello.

Authorities said a student went on a stabbing spree at the Lone Star College in Houston, injuring 14 people. Two remain in the hospital in critical condition. Students tackled the suspect to stop him.

The Louisville Cardinals beat the Michigan Wolverines to win the NCAA National Basketball Championship. This is the third national title for Louisville.
