SHELBYVILLE, TN (WSMV) -

A suspect was arrested after a bomb threat Wednesday morning at the Bedford County Courthouse.

Police arrested and charged Shawn Haven Tipton, 24, of Bell Buckle, TN, with filing a false report. Tipton's motive is unclear.

Wednesday's evacuation was the second in the past six months for the building.

The Bedford Courthouse was one of 29 in Tennessee that received a bomb threat on Nov. 27 as part of threats received in several states.
