NASHVILLE, TN (WSMV) -

A man with a history for exposing himself in public has been arrested again.

Police said this time he targeted a woman at Vanderbilt University.

This is the second time the suspect, who is only visiting Nashville, has been arrested for indecent exposure in the last month.

The most recent arrest occurred Monday on the Vanderbilt campus.

Police said the suspect, Justin McElfish, drove around the campus in a silver Nissan Maxima and then stopped to expose himself to a woman walking by.

The woman called police, described the car and what the suspect was wearing.

Police found McElfish in the area, and he was positively identified as the flasher.

Investigators said a month ago McElfish was arrested and charged with indecent exposure in Antioch.
