PORTLAND, OR (KPTV) -

Portland State University public safety officers have identified a suspect accused of forcibly fondling a female student last week.

The victim said it happened at 12:50 p.m. on the north side of the Engineering Building on Southwest Fourth Avenue on Feb. 25. The woman said a man restrained her while he made sexually suggestive comments and rubbed against her.

Since then, officers have developed probable cause to arrest Timothy Webster on third-degree sex abuse charges in connection with the incident.

Webster is described as 28 years old, 6' and 180 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.

Anyone with information is asked to call campus public safety at 503-725-4404.
