HOHENWALD, TN (WSMV) -
A person died in a house fire in Lewis County on Monday night.
Firefighters responded to a home on Beverly Avenue in Hohenwald around 6 p.m. Once inside, crews found a body inside the home.
Officials haven't released that person's identity. Most of the home is considered a total loss.
There's still no word on what caused the fire, but investigators will be back on the scene Tuesday.
This is the seventh person who has died in a house fire in Middle Tennessee since Saturday.
