Snow, freezing temps may lead to slick roads Sunday

Posted: Updated:

The 4Warn Weather Team is urging drivers to use caution as they travel early Sunday.

While little snow is expected to accumulate overnight, the moisture and freezing temperatures could cause roads to become slick and icy.

The Cumberland Plateau is the most likely area to have problems.

Road conditions should improve significantly by mid-morning Sunday as temperatures begin to rise above freezing.

Channel 4 News will monitor the situation throughout the night and bring you the latest information Sunday morning on Channel 4 News Today.
