NASHVILLE, TN (WSMV) -
Alcohol may have been a factor in a series of accidents on I-65 Friday night.
Police say a women got on the interstate going in the wrong direction. The woman was driving south in the northbound lanes. She made it all the way from Demonbreun St. to the Thompson Lane overpass hitting a few vehicles in the process.
Fortunately no one was seriously hurt.
Police believe the woman was under the influence of alcohol.
