Franklin subdivisions burglarized; credit cards later used

FRANKLIN, TN (WSMV) -

Franklin police are searching for the people responsible for a series of vehicle burglaries that occurred Feb. 20.

Police said six vehicles were burglarized in Franklin's Heath Place and Royal Oaks subdivisions.

Credit cards stolen during those break-ins were used at area gas stations and the Walmart in Smyrna.

Police said one of the thieves was driving a dark-colored GMC Yukon XL. Call Crime Stoppers at (615) 794-4000 if you can help in the case.
