MILLERSVILLE, TN (WSMV) -

All lanes of Interstate 65 South in Sumner County are open Wednesday morning after a truck hauling more than 40,000 pounds of ice cream wrecked Tuesday night.

Police said a tractor trailer jackknifed after 7 p.m. near mile marker 104, and an ice cream truck just behind it couldn't get out of the way in time.

The ice cream truck also jackknifed and eventually overturned along the side of the interstate.

No injuries were reported in the wreck, and none of the ice cream spilled onto the road.

All lanes are open for the morning commute, but some lanes will close again at 10 a.m. for more cleanup.  This closure could last until 1 p.m.
