Missing Maury County teen found safe

COLUMBIA, TN (WSMV) -

A missing 16-year-old girl from Maury County was found safe early Wednesday morning.

An endangered child alert that was issued Tuesday morning has been canceled.

Rachel Brewer of Hampshire, TN, was found in Columbia around 1 a.m. and is now with her family.

A detective with the local sheriff's office said she called them to pick her up.
