Street race triggers interstate crash - WSMV Channel 4

An illegal street race led to a multiple vehicle accident on I-40 late Saturday night.

Just before midnight, racers cut someone off and caused a chain reaction crash that involved at least four vehicles, according to police.

The only cars that weren't damage were the ones participating in the race; they sped away from the scene.

No one was seriously injured.
