Revitalizing Saginaw plan will be unveiled today

SAGINAW, MI (AP) -

Saginaw County leaders will reveal a new plan to revitalize the city.

On the agenda is what to do with the property from the recently demolished Saginaw Center off Johnston Street.

The press conference is scheduled for around 9 a.m. on Thursday.
