
Heart-Shaped Oven Perfect Eggs
Ingredients:
Eggs, as many as you need
Muffin tin or mini cake tins
Butter or Pam
Greek Seasoning or salt & pepper to taste
Directions:
Just grab a muffin tin (or mini cake tins) and very lightly oil each spot in the tin with either butter or Pam. Then crack an egg in each muffin area (you can also scramble them too)! Stick these in a 350 degree oven for about 15-20 minutes. You can also cook these heart-shaped eggs on your cooktop in a frying pan. You will need a heart shaped cookie cutter sprayed with Pam, make sure to spray your pan with Pam too. Place cookie cutter in the pan, crack the egg into the cookie cutter and let it cook until it has formed in the cookie cutter. Remove the cookie cutter and flip over with a spatula. Cook for just a few seconds, remove from pan, then serve. Can be frozen/refrigerated and reheated. Brilliant!
