Adrian Delk Sr.MEMPHIS, TN (WSMV) -
A 2-month-old baby has been safely recovered by the Memphis Police Department after the child's father took him from the hospital.
An AMBER alert that was previously issued has now been canceled.
The child's father, Adrian Delk Sr., is in police custody.
Police said the child, Adrian Delk Jr., was taken from the hospital at 12:50 a.m. Adrian Delk Sr. is accused of stabbing the child's mother multiple times.
