NASHVILLE, TN (WSMV) -
One man can tell you first-hand that hockey is a tough sport. In addition to the speed, skill and toughness, every team has a so-called "sheriff," who makes sure that his smaller teammates don't get picked on.
One of the toughest of all time is former Nashville Predator Stu Grimson.
Now a broadcaster, the 6'6" mountain of a man spent 17 years as a pro, 14 of those in the NHL, where he was nicknamed the Grim Reaper - and for good reason.
Grimson retired in 2002 and completed a law degree. A caring family man, now he's a full-time radio broadcaster for the Preds.
