Monday's recipe (1/14/13) - Aimee Fortney's creamsicle martini, whipped cream martini

Ordering a delicious martini at a restaurant can get pretty pricey! Want a "froo froo" martini at an inexpensive price? Here are two delicious, easy martinis that will please your palate AND your budget!

AIMEE FORTNEY'S CREAMSICLE MARTINI
1 cup orange juice
1 shot Burnett's Whipped Cream Vodka
5 ice cubes

In a cocktail shaker or mason jar, shake orange juice, vodka and ice. Strain and pour into chilled martini glasses.

AIMEE FORTNEY'S CHOCOLATE WHIPPED CREAM MARTINI
1 cup chocolate milk or chocolate soymilk
1 shot Burnett's Whipped Cream Vodka
5 ice cubes

In a cocktail shaker or mason jar, shake chocolate milk, vodka and ice. Strain and pour into chilled martini glasses. Top with a dollop of homemade whipped cream, chocolate shavings and a piece of chocolate, if desired.
