NASHVILLE, TN (WSMV) -
A man was shot inside his own home in north Nashville overnight.
Police said a couple had just went to bed around 12:30 a.m. when a home on Duke Street was hit by bullets.
A man in his late 40s was struck in the back. He was taken to Vanderbilt Medical Center and is expected to survive.
The victims said they don't know why anyone would target their house.
No arrests have been made. Call police if you can help in the case.
