Couple in custody after Dickson hotel shooting

DICKSON, TN (WSMV) -

Police have a couple in custody after a fatal shooting Tuesday night at a Dickson hotel.

Jessie Mulder was located by police on Saturday and her boyfriend, Justin Keith Treece, turned himself into McNair County investigators on Sunday.

Treece faces felony murder and attempted first-degree murder.

The shooting happened at about 11:30 p.m. at the Holiday Inn Express just off Highway 46.

The two victims, Matthew Draper and Cody Jackson, both of Hartsville, were driven to Horizon Medical Center by their personal vehicle. The two men are related, according to a police news release.

Draper did not survive his wounds. Jackson is in stable condition. Bullet casings were found by police in the parking lot.
