NASHVILLE, TN (WSMV) -

Georgia authorities have issued an Amber Alert for two missing children taken by their non-custodial father that may have last been seen in West Tennessee.

Ben Cleary, 9, and Henry Cleary, 7, were taken by their dad, Daniel Cleary, for a custodial visit. Daniel Cleary was supposed to return the children to their mother yesterday afternoon in Roswell, GA.

Roswell police reported today Daniel, Ben and Henry Cleary were all spotted on Dec. 23 and Dec. 24 at a Wal-Mart in Jackson, TN. Previously police had said they had found that Daniel Cleary's cell phone sent a ping from Nashville on Dec. 22.

Daniel Cleary, 46, is 6' and 200 pounds.

They are believed to be traveling in a 2002 silver Jeep Grand Cherokee with Georgia temporary tag 10742627.

Ben Cleary has brown hair and brown eyes, is 4'8" and weighs 66 pounds. Henry Cleary, who will turn 8 on Saturday, has light brown hair and green eyes, is 4'5" and weighs 60 pounds.
