NASHVILLE, TN (WSMV) -
A developer says he's close to breaking ground on a new luxury apartment high rise in The Gulch.
Plans call for the $80 million building to be 23 stories and located at 12th Avenue and Laurel Street.
Apartment rental prices will range between $1,400 and $3,400 a month.
Developers said they hope to start construction as early as mid-February.
In addition to the luxury apartment building, other Gulch projects being discussed include a new hotel and an office tower.
