An 18-year-old man who was shot Wednesday evening in north Nashville has died from his wounds.
Stephen Milliken was shot in the 400 block of Nocturne Drive at 6:45 p.m.
Milliken was transported by personal vehicle to Skyline Medical Center.
A witness told police that he and Milliken had gone to the apartment complex to sell recording equipment to two men. He said the men robbed them at gunpoint and then allowed them to get back into their vehicle and leave.
The witness said the gunmen opened fire as they drove off, striking Milliken in the head.
Milliken, of Madison, was transported from Skyline on Wednesday night to Vanderbilt University Medical Center where he was pronounced dead Friday morning.
The witness described the attackers as black men who were about 6' to 6'3". One reportedly had multiple tattoos on his face, and the other had a tattoo under his eye.
