Metro police said three people, including a 15-year-old, were wounded by gunfire at a home in north Nashville on Sunday afternoon.

Dispatchers confirmed all three patients were transported to local hospitals. Their conditions were not known immediately.

Emergency crews responded to the home on 23rd Avenue North just after 4 p.m., according to dispatchers.

It's not clear what led up to the gunfire.

Officers said a 31-year-old man was grazed in the head by a bullet, and a 24-year-old male was shot in the leg. Both were taken to Vanderbilt.

All three victims suffered non life-threatening injuries, police said.

Officers were looking for a blue car in connection with the gunfire.
