KINGSTON SPRINGS, TN (WSMV) -
A wreck slowed traffic Wednesday afternoon on westbound Interstate 40 near the Charlotte Pike exit.
The wreck, involving multiple vehicles, reduced traffic to one lane for nearly two hours before authorities reopened all lanes just before 4 p.m.
There are no reports of any possible injuries.
Wreck on I-40 in Cheatham Co.
A car and tractor-trailer were involved in separate a wreck Wednesday on Interstate 40 East in Cheatham County, according to the Tennessee Highway Patrol.
The crash occurred around 1:30 p.m. at Exit 188.
Eastbound traffic was affected with the roadway closed, and the wreck was cleared around 3:30 p.m.
