Child inside car involved in high-speed chase

NASHVILLE, TN (WSMV) -

A small child was inside a car that was being chased at high speeds by police.

Police was chasing the suspect, who was driving a Ford Expedition. The speeds of the chase reached 70 to 80 mph before ending at Kings Lane in the Bordeaux area.

Authorities have not said why the pursuit started.
