One person is in custody after a burglary investigation at an Antioch business Wednesday morning.
The break-in occurred around 4 a.m. at a Dollar General in the 1400 block of Bell Road.
Investigators said Arthur Vaughan, 56, cut a hole into the side of the building where he gained access to the store.
When police arrived, they found Vaughan walking out the back door of the business with merchandise.
Vaughan, who has a previous burglary conviction, is charged with burglary, possession of burglary tools and drug paraphernalia, and vandalism.
He was jailed on $22,000 bond.
