NASHVILLE, TN (WSMV) -
A local pool company, whose license was suspended in October, had its license revoked and was fined $456,000 on Wednesday.
Premier Pools and Patios has been the subject of dozens of complaints from about 30 families who said the company didn't provide efficient services.
One homeowner testified on Wednesday that the company never connected their electric lines, and PVC pipe covered in concrete was never connected to the water source.
In some cases, the company is accused of walking away from an unfinished project. In other cases, clients said the company built a pool that had to be redone and damaged property.
The company has already filed for bankruptcy in Tennessee and California.
