FRANKLIN, TN (WSMV) -
An endangered child alert was issued Tuesday for a missing 15-year-old boy.
Police are looking for Joseph Deangelo Hull, who was last seen in Franklin on Sept. 16.
Investigators are describing Hull's case as an endangered runaway.
He may be in the company of an another juvenile boy. When he was last seen, Hull's hair was in dreadlocks.
