68-year-old man accused of touching girl's breast

NASHVILLE, TN (WSMV) -

A 68-year-old man is accused of touching a 8-year-old girl's breast last week outside his west Nashville apartment.

Detectives arrested Fathy Elsaid on Nov. 21 for allegedly touching the child outside the Maudina Avenue apartment where he resides.

The victim reported that Elsaid grabbed her arm and touched her breast twice over her shirt while saying the word "little" in Arabic. Three witnesses confirmed the victim's statement.

Detectives said it's possible that Elsaid has victimized other girls. Anyone with information about him is urged to contact police at 862-7540.

Elsaid is free on $1,500 bond.
