NASHVILLE, TN (WSMV) -
A former Warren County teacher convicted of having sex with a teenage boy is now out of prison.
In 2005, Pamela Rogers Turner pleaded "no contest" to a number of charges stemming from an inappropriate relationship with a 13-year-old boy.
She later violated probation by sending the boy nude photos.
A judge ordered her to serve her full eight-year sentence, but according to the state sex offender registry, she has been released from state custody.
The Department of Correction said Turner completed programs and earned credits, which led to her early release.
