CLARKSVILLE, TN (WSMV) -

Police in Clarksville found a man passed out inside a running vehicle with drugs and $30,000 cash in his possession.

On Thursday around 3 a.m., an officer spotted a car stopped at a green light at the intersection of Madison Street and Richview Road.

When police checked on the vehicle, they found the driver, later identified as Logan Roderick Blakeley, 21, of Chattanooga, TN, passed out and the engine still running.

Blakeley was administered a sobriety test, which he failed. Police found a case inside the car that contained marijuana, rolling papers and $30,000 cash.

Investigators said when they interviewed Blakeley, they determined the money was proceeds from drug sales.

Blakeley is charged with driving under the influence, simple possession and unlawful drug paraphernalia.
