NASHVILLE, TN (WSMV) -
The U.S. Capitol Christmas tree is stopping in Nashville on Monday.
The 73-foot spruce is traveling 3,000 miles from Colorado to Washington, D.C.
The truck carrying the tree will be parked on Broadway between 5th and 6th avenues from 4 to 8 p.m.
There will be a performance of the tree's official theme song at 5 p.m.
The tree annually travels across the country before the lighting ceremony, scheduled this year for Dec. 4.
