BOWLING GREEN, KY (WSMV) -

Police in Kentucky have captured one of Nashville's most wanted. The Bowling Green Police Department received a call of two shoplifting suspects inside the Greenwood Mall on Friday night.

Officers arrived and were directed to the suspect's vehicle, a white Plymouth. The suspects, Troy Tyson and Tysheka Davis, left the mall and were told to stop by police. Tyson ran to the vehicle, backed into another officer's cruiser, dragged an officer, hit another vehicle, knocked down a sign and exited the mall.

Police said Tyson disregarded a traffic light and struck two other vehicles, disabling his own. Tyson ran from the vehicle, but was apprehended by another officer behind a Shoe Carnival.

Police said Davis ran into a Taco Bell, and was taken into custody without incident.

Tyson also has a history in Clarksville, where he stole about $300 worth of merchandise from a Kohl's retailer.

Earlier this year Tyson was accused of assaulting a Hendersonville police officer on horseback while shoplifting. He has outstanding warrants in Williamson County and Clarksville.
