Pedestrian says he was shot by driver - WSMV Channel 4

Metro police are investigating a shooting early Monday morning on Charlotte Pike.
The victim told police he was walking down the street and was nearly hit by a car around 3:25 a.m.
The driver of that car got out and started fighting with the victim.
The victim said the driver pulled a gun and shot the victim in the shoulder. He walked to nearby Baptist Hospital for treatment.
