DICKSON, TN (WSMV) -
Officials have identified the man who was struck and killed by two tractor trailers Sunday night along Interstate 40 East in Dickson County.
Daniel Bledsoe, 35, died after he ran across the eastbound lanes of traffic and into the path of the trucks, which were hauling rice and produce, according to the Tennessee Highway Patrol.
The wreck happened near the 172 mile marker just before 10 p.m.
Neither truck driver was injured, and charges will not be filed.
THP said drug and alcohol tests have been requested on Bledsoe.
