NASHVILLE, TN (WSMV) -
A fight at a west Nashville Shell gas station ended with gunfire.
It happened around 7 p.m. Friday at a store in the 6000 block of Charlotte Pike. Police said a man walked into the store and started arguing with a woman at the counter.
The man who arrived with the woman saw what was going on inside the store, went in and got into a fight with the other man.
During the exchange, the man who was with the woman threatened to go get a weapon from his vehicle. The other man pulled out a gun, and fired a shot at him.
The shooter ran away from the scene, and police hope that surveillance video will help identify the suspect. Police are still investigating the incident.
