NASHVILLE, TN (WSMV) -
Police said a man has confessed to killing a Nashville cab driver last week.
Nicholas Griffin, 20, has been charged with criminal homicide in connection with the death of 69-year-old Henry Moore.
Moore was shot and killed Oct. 26 inside his vehicle near the Germantown area.
Moore was found inside his Yellow Cab van near the intersection of 10th Avenue North and Garfield Street.
Griffin has a criminal history and was recently found guilty of aggravated assault and weapons charges. He was awaiting sentencing when Moore was killed.
Police said the investigation remains active and additional arrests are anticipated.
Griffin is being held on $750,000 bond.
