NASHVILLE, TN (WSMV) -
A Nashville woman is recovering Friday after being stabbed during an argument.
The incident occurred on Country Way Drive in East Nashville.
Police said the suspect took off, but a K-9 unit eventually tracked him down and he was arrested.
The woman was taken to a local hospital where she's expected to make a full recovery.
