NASHVILLE, TN (WSMV) -
Authorities have busted an alleged gun-running operation that illegally sent weapons from Nashville all the way to Sydney, Australia.
Federal agents raided several locations in Nashville on Wednesday, arrested three men and seized documents and computers.
The suspects' names have not been released.
It is believed they had some role in exporting at least 20 guns illegally to Sydney.
Australia has very strict gun laws, with bans on semiautomatic and automatic rifles and shotguns.
