NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) - Alternative Fuel Vehicles will be shown off in Nashville and a speaker will talk about the global oil supply.
The event - part of National Alternative Fuel Vehicle Day Odyssey - will take place Thursday at Lincoln College of Technology, formerly Nashville Auto Diesel College.
An address by Kerry Perkinson is titled "World Oil Portrait; Our Time is Running Out."
Atha Comiskey, executive director of Clean Fuels of Middle Tennessee, said the event is 1 of about 160 to be held across the country. The programs are held every two years and sprang from a 2002 program at West Virginia University.
